Mardi Gras Memory Ball

Thank you to everyone who supported the Mardi Gras Memory Ball on March 1, 2025. Your generous support raised over $194,000 for Alzheimer's and dementia care, support and research.

Special thanks to our 2025 Event Chairs and, Leslie Reilly and Bonnie Sims, and the evening's mission speaker, Herb Magley, for sharing his story as a caregiver and advocate for the Alzheimer's Association. His experience reminds us why the Association's vision to end Alzheimer's disease is so critically important.

The Krewe of ALZ was established to bring awareness to the community about the impact of Alzheimer's and dementia. The Krewe of ALZ will gather annually for a Mardi Gras ball to raise funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.

Each color and symbol integrated into the logo embodies the qualities and mission of the Krewe of ALZ members. The ALZ letters on the logo are interlocked to symbolize unity. The crown symbolizes community leadership. The color gold symbolizes generosity while the color purple symbolizes hope.
